Shipping:
- All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of the received order.
- We offer a variety of shipping options, including standard ground delivery (5-7 business days), expedited shipping (2-3 business days), and express shipping (1-2 business days). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and your selected delivery method.
- We ship to addresses within Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan only. International shipping is currently not available.
- Orders over HKD $3000 receive free standard ground shipping.
- You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns:
- We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Some exceptions may apply, such as for personalised or made-to-order items.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the 30-days window. We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
